'The James Bond Resort'

 

A design creation by Isabelle Miaja, this innovative take on a Maldivian resort presents a disruption to the traditional thatched villas and takes inspiration from the glamour of super yachts and the adventures of James Bond.

 

For the first time in the Maldives, each of the 67 residences is crowned with a magnificent private rooftop relaxing area. The architecture and interior design of the over-water villas; ultra-modern oversized penthouse residences, blends super yacht panache with a South Beach pulse.

 

Representing Miaja Design Group and working with the LUX* Hotels & Resorts team, my task was to promote this unique hotel opening with a global PR campaign. The launch generated widespread coverage in general press, interior design, architecture, lifestyle, and travel media.
